– FRANCE, Paris – Getlink SE (EPA: GET) today announced that its Board of Directors has co-opted Carlo Bertazzo as a director, replacing Giancarlo Guenzi who retired.
The Board of Directors thanked Giancarlo Guenzi for his active role in the Board’s work and welcomed the arrival of Carlo Bertazzo, a non-independent Director, who, with his extensive experience in infrastructure, will be able to bring to the Board of Directors, expertise in safety and security, and share his solid expertise in finance and experience in the management of international industrial groups
About Carlo Bertazzo
Carlo Bertazzo is Chief Executive of Atlantia2, the infrastructure group, since January 2020. He has held management positions in several companies of the Edizione Group, the holding company which has been, among other, the largest shareholder of Atlantia since 2000, where he played a key role in the diversification of the group’s activities.
