– CYPRUS, Limassol – GDEV Inc. (NASDAQ: GDEV), an international gaming and entertainment company, announced the appointment of founder and current CEO and Board member Andrey Fadeev as Chair of the Board of Directors, effective immediately.
Natasha Braginsky Mounier, an independent non-executive director and chairperson of the Board will step down from her position as Independent Chairperson and depart from the Board.
