– UK, London – GCP Infrastructure Investments Ltd (LON: GCP), the only UK-listed fund focused primarily on investments in UK infrastructure debt, today announced the appointment of Andrew Didham as Chairman of the Board of Directors effective from 20 June 2022, succeeding Ian Reeves who retired from the Board.
The company also announced that Andrew Didham will assume the Chairmanship of the Nomination Committee, and will continue as a member of the Investment Committee and the Management Engagement Committee.
