(NASDAQ: GAUZ), a leading provider of light and vision control technology, announced the appointment of Lilach Payorski to its Board of Directors effective immediately, bringing more than 25 years of leadership experience in financial and operational roles in public and multinational companies across various industries, including currently serving on the boards of NASDAQ-listed companies Oddity Tech and Kamada Ltd.
Lilach Payorski will also join the Audit Committee as its chair.
