– USA, CT – Gartner, Inc. (NYSE: IT) announced the election of Gene Hall to the additional role of Chair of the Board of Directors, effective July 1, 2024, succeeding James Smith who will remain on the Board as an independent director.
In addition, Karen Dykstra, who first joined the Gartner Board in 2007, has been appointed Lead Independent Director, also effective July 1, 2024.
