Gannett nominates Maha Al-Emam for election to its Board as Independent Director

– USA, VA –  Gannett Co., Inc. (NYSE: GCI) today announced the nomination of Maha Al-Emam for her election to its Board as an Independent Director at its upcoming AGM on June 3, 2024.
