Future announces Mark Brooker to its Board as upcoming Independent Director

– UK, Bath –  Future plc (LON: FUTR), the global platform for specialist media, today announced the appointment of Mark Brooker as an Independent Non-Executive Director with effect from 1st October 2020.

About mark Brooker

Mark has extensive experience of executive and non-executive roles at platform-based businesses and is currently a non-executive director at AA plc, Equiniti Group plc and William Hill plc.

He was previously COO of Trainline where he had responsibility for the UK and International consumer and B2B businesses, including the Marketing and Product functions. Mark joined Trainline from Betfair where he also held the role of COO.

Prior to this, Mark spent 17 years in investment banking advising UK companies on equity capital raising and M&A, latterly as a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley.
