– UK, Northampton – Forterra plc (LON: FORT) today announced the appointment of Gina Jardine to join its Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director with effect from 3 April 2023.

Gina Jardine is an experienced HR professional with an extensive career within global building materials and mining companies. Most recently Gina held the position of CHRO at FTSE 100 building materials business CRH plc, prior to this she was CHRO at Canadian-listed Kinross Gold Corporation and subsequent to this held a number of senior HR roles at FTSE 100 listed mining group, Rio Tinto Plc.
