Flow Beverage appoints Michael Samoszewski to its Board of Directors and announces Patrick Bousquet-Chavanne as Lead Independent Director

– CANADA, Toronto –  Flow Beverage Corp. (TSX: FLOW | OTC: FLWBF) today announced the appointment of Michael Samoszewski to its Board of Directors, while Board member Patrick Bousquet-Chavanne is named Lead Independent Director.

Concurrently, Marc Caira has resigned from the Board of Directors.
