For Pierre Calleja, Founder and Chairman and ceo of Fermentalg: “We are immensely proud to welcome an independent director of Agnès Paillard’s caliber and precious expertise. I would also like to take this opportunity to thank Sofiprotéol representative Claire Maingon for her work as a member of the Board of Directors over the past 2 years, and once again pay homage to Professor Daniel Thomas who was a director for Fermentalg from 2011 and who sadly passed away last May. The day of tribute organized by the Enzyme and Cellular Engineering laboratory of the Université de Technologie de Compiègne on 10 October once again brought to light the Professor’s extensive contribution to the field of life sciences and biotechnologies.”

  • Pierre Calleja, Chairman
  • Bernard Maitre, representative for Emertec Gestion
  • Agnès Paillard, independent director

  • Stéphane Villecroze, representative for Demeter Partners

Fermentalg’s decision to appoint a new independent director to its Board is part of its commitment to implementing the procedures needed to ensure its compliance with the core recommendations of MiddleNext’s corporate governance code.
