– IRELAND, Dublin – FBD Holdings plc (LON: FBH) today announced the appointment of John O’Dwyer as Senior Independent Director of FBD Holdings plc and FBD Insurance plc with immediate effect.

About John O’Dwyer
John O’Dwyer joined the Board of FBD Holdings plc and the Board of FBD Insurance plc in August 2021. He has a strong background in financial services, having spent all of his career working in the insurance industry, particularly in the health insurance sector. Before his appointment in FBD, John was CEO of VHI.
