– UK, London – Fair Oaks Income Limited (LON: FAIR) today announced the appointment of Fionnuala Carvill to its Board as a non-executive Director, effective from 14 June 2022.

Ms Carvill has been appointed as chair of the Risk Committee.

Fionnuala Carvill is a Non-Executive Director of Investec Bank (Channel Islands) Limited, Princess Private Equity Limited and The Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment. Previous executive positions held include Managing Director of Kleinwort Benson (Channel Islands) Investment Management Limited, Director of Kleinwort Benson (Channel Islands) Limited, Commission Secretary and Head of Innovation at the Guernsey Financial Services Commission, and Director of Rothschild Bank (CI) Limited. She is a past President and committee member of The Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment, Guernsey Branch, a Liveryman of the Worshipful Company of International Bankers, and was granted Freedom of the City of London in 2007.
Fionnuala holds a Master’s degree in Corporate Governance (Distinction), is a Chartered Fellow of The Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment; a Fellow of the London Institute of Banking & Finance (Chartered Institute of Bankers); a member of the Institute of Directors; a Fellow of The Chartered Governance Institute and a Chartered Governance Professional. In addition, she sits on the board of several charities, holding roles from fundraising and capacity building to governance and impact assessment. Fionnuala is a Guernsey resident.
