– UK, Bridgend – Facilities by ADF plc (LON: ADF), the leading provider of premium serviced production facilities to the UK film and high-end television industry, announced the appointment of Russell Down as Non-Executive Chairman effective from 13 February 2025, succeeding John Richards who stepped down from the Board.
The Company also announced the appointment of Mark Adams to its Board as a Non-Executive Director with immediate effect.
Mark Adams will join the Audit & Risk Committee as Chair, succeeding Vinodha Wijeratne who has stepped down from the Board with immediate effect.

About Russell Down
Russell Down is an experienced executive with Board experience in the UK and internationally. He was Chief Executive of Speedy Hire plc, the UK’s leading tools and equipment hire services business, for seven years from July 2015. Before joining Speedy Hire, he was the Group Finance Director at Hyder Consulting plc, a multinational design and engineering consultancy.
