– UK, London – Everyman Media Group PLC (LON: EMAN) today announced the appointment of current Non-Executive Director Philip Jacobson as Non-Executive Chairman, effective on 28 February 2023, to succeed Executive Chairman Paul Wise who will step down from the Board.

About Philip Jacobson
Philip Jacobson joined Everyman in 2013 ahead of the Company’s admission to AIM. He is an experienced business leader, bea coming Partner at BDO (then Stoy Hayward) in 1975 and remaining with the firm until 2006. During his time at BDO, Philip worked with various international, listed and unlisted companies.
