– UK, Manchester – Etaireia Plc (NEX:ETIP), today announced the appointment of David Barnett to the Board, with immediate effect.
Since David Barnett is being appointed the proposed EGM referred to in the previous announcement will now not take place.
Ian Fallmann has been reinstated as a director of the Company.
The company also announces that Dennis Rogers and Myles Cunliffe are stepping down from their role as a Directors with effect immediately, to pursue commitments outside of the Company.
