The Company also announced the appointment of current Board member Woz Ahmed to the role of Senior Independent Director, replacing Janet Collyer who resigned from the Board.

Stephen Brindle has extensive experience having held a number of senior roles across financial services, capital markets and the technology sector. He is a Non-executive Director at First Light Fusion Ltd and Investor Director at Engitix Ltd. He has held senior positions at Goldman Sachs and Citi, has been Managing Partner of Technikos LLP, an early-stage venture capital fund, and is a former management consultant with Deloitte.
