Clair Preston-Beer is an experienced leader of high-performance retail and hospitality businesses in the UK and internationally. Clair spent 16 years with Costa Coffee, then part of Whitbread PLC, in a range of senior leadership roles including UK Operations Director, COO in the UK with full financial and operational responsibility for UK property, business change and operations across 1,100 outlets, and latterly Managing Director for the Middle East and Asia where she was responsible for developing and driving the strategy for the significant expansion and profitable growth for the region. Clair Preston-Beer was a member of the Costa Executive Team.
Clair Preston-Beer joined Greene King as Managing Director in November 2020. She sits on the Main Board and is responsible for c.600 local community pubs across the UK.
