Ellington Residential Mortgage REIT appoints Barry Allardice as new Chairman of its Board of Trustees

– USA, CT –  Ellington Residential Mortgage REIT (NYSE: EARN) today announced the appointment of Independent Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee, Barry Allardice as Chairman of the Board of Trustees, succeeding Thomas Robards, who is stepping down from his role as Chairman but remains on the Board as an Independent Trustee.
