Element adds Nancy Flores to its Board as Independent Director

– USA, CA –  Element Analytics, Inc. today announced the appointment of Nancy Flores to its Board as Independent Director. Nancy Flores serves as EVP, Chief Information Officer, and CTO at McKesson.

The company also announced the expansion of its executive team with the addition of Singh Garewal as VP of Marketing and Bill Keeshen as VP of Sales.

Nancy Flores is a results-driven technology executive with a record of transformational change and elevating performance. In Flores’ current role at McKesson, she is responsible for McKesson’s technology initiatives including software, infrastructure, application development tools and processes, operations, and cybersecurity. She also guides the overall direction for the company’s healthcare technology products, and data and analytics.

Before McKesson, Nancy Flores served as VP and Chief Information Officer at Johnson Controls where she ran information technology, cybersecurity, and analytics. Before that role, she served in multiple leadership positions at Abbott over the course of two decades. In addition to the Element board, Nancy Flores is on the board of directors for Children’s Wisconsin, one of the nation’s top pediatric hospitals, and on the board of the Dallas Regional Chamber.
