– UK, London – Electrocomponents PLC (LON: ECM) today announced the appointment of Navneet Kapoor to its Board as a Non-Executive Director effective from 1 June 2022.
Navneet will also join the Nomination Committee.
About Navneet Kapoor
Navneet Kapoor is currently EVP and CTIO at A.P. Møller – Mærsk A/S where he is leading their transformation into an integrated container logistic company, driving changes across culture and leadership, modernizing processes and technology landscapes, and developing digital platforms and ways of working. Before this, Navneet held various leadership roles at Target India, a fully owned subsidiary of Target Corporation, a Minneapolis-based discount retailer. Before Target India, Navneet spent 10 years at General Electric in roles from research and development, operations and quality, and marketing, latterly serving as VP of marketing for their commercial finance business in Asia.
