– UK, London – Electric Guitar PLC (LON: ELEG) today announced the appointment of Sarfraz Munshi to its Board of Directors with immediate effect, as representative of the largest single company shareholder, Sanderson Capital Partners Limited, with approximately 18% of the issued equity.
The Company also officially announced Luke McKeever’s resignation from the Board.
