Funding was led by existing investors Allegis Capital and Signal Peak Ventures, which are now joined by Camden Partners, Allegis Nippon Life and Oquirrh Ventures.
Additionally, eFileCabinet welcomes Todd Sherman of Camden Partners to its board of directors.
