– ESTONIA, Tallinn – Eesti Energia AS (LON: 96DB) today announced the appointment of Andres Vainola to its Board as the 6th member, following the decision to appoint 6 board members instead of 5.
The decision to bring a representative of Enefit Power to the board of Eesti Energia stems from the fact that Enefit Power is currently the largest subsidiary of Eesti Energia, which also faces bigger challenges in the coming years.
