– SWITZERLAND, Geneva – Edmond de Rothschild Holding SA announced the nomination of former Amundi CEO Yves Perrier for election to its board of directors at the next AGM to be held on 4th June. He will join each of the group’s and holding’s Boards, subject to regulatory approvals
Yves Perrier formally stepped down as the CEO of Amundi on 10 May 2021.
The corporate governance change followed the decision of Vincent Taupin, CEO of Edmond de Rothschild (Suisse), to retire. As a result, François Pauly will succeed him and become CEO of Edmond de Rothschild (Suisse).
Concurrently, current deputy CEOthe and CFO of Edmond de Rothschild (Suisse), Cynthia Tobiano will become CEO of Edmond de Rothschild Holding SA at the end of the year.
