– UK, London – Ecofin US Renewables Infrastructure Trust PLC (LON: RNEW) announced the appointment of Brett Miller to its board as a non-executive director with immediate effect.
Brett Miller will also join the Audit Committee, Risk Committee, and Management Engagement Committee.
About Brett Miller
Brett Miller has wide-ranging investment trust experience, particularly in the restructuring and managed run-off of several listed closed-end funds across a range of asset classes, delivering value to shareholders. He will work closely with Ecofin Advisors, LLC, RNEW’s investment manager, and other board members on the Company’s ongoing strategic review. As part of this, it is intended that Brett Miller will provide consultancy services to RNEW.
Brett is currently a director of the following listed companies: Manchester and London Investment Trust Plc and SLF Realisation Fund Limited. He has been involved as an executive and non-executive director in the management of numerous LSE and AIM-listed closed-end funds across a wide range of asset classes.
