Eaton welcomes Darryl Wilson and Bob Pragada to its Board of Directors

– IRELAND, Dublin –  Eaton Corporation plc (NYSE: ETN), the Power management company today announced the election of Darryl Wilson and Bob Pragada to its Board of Directors effective April 28, 2021, succeeding Mike Critelli and Rick Fearon who retired from the Board.

“Darryl and Bob bring extensive experience in the power, industrial and technology sectors, as well as a global perspective that will make them both valuable additions to Eaton. We are pleased to welcome them to the Board.” said Chairman and CEO, Craig Arnold.
