DP World welcomes Robert Woods to its Board as Independent Director

– UAE, Dubai – DP World today announced the appointment of Robert Woods to its Board of Directors as an Independent Non-Executive Director with effect from 1 January 2014.

Mr. Woods will replace retiring director Cho Ying Davy Ho who has served as an Independent Non-Executive Director of DP World since 30 May 2007. Cho Ying Davy Ho will retire effective 1 January 2014.

Robert Woods, CBE is the Chairman of  P&O Ferries & DP World Southampton.  He was formerly the Chief Executive of P&O Steam Navigation Company and a Non-Executive Director of Cathay Pacific.  Robert currently holds a Non-Executive Directorship at John Swire & Sons and Caledonia Investments.
