Divert announces Tim Laurion joining the Board of Directors of its parent company, Ara Divert Holdco

Tim Laurion brings more than 41 years of leadership in corporate and investment banking from Bank of America, with the majority of his career focused on the environmental services industry.

About Timothy M. Laurion

Tim Laurion spent his entire career at Bank of America, where he served as a managing director and senior corporate banker in the global corporate and investment banking division. He is considered one of the nation’s leading bankers in the environmental services industry, having developed and maintained lead banker relationships with most of the country’s top environmental and waste firms in the last 30 years of his career.

In addition to his broad knowledge of the environmental sector, Tim Laurion brings extensive experience as a trusted strategic advisor, providing counsel on capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, balance sheet management, capital allocation, and growth planning. He has structured and arranged over $100 billion in credit facilities to support the growth initiatives of his clients over the many decades in the environmental sector.

Since 2023, Tim Laurion has also served as a member of the board of directors of Enviri Corporation (NYSE: NVRI), a leading environmental solutions company, and a member of the audit and governance committees of the board.

Tim Laurion has a Bachelor of Arts from Bowdoin College, a Master of Business Administration from Suffolk University, and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
