About Yvette Hollingsworth Clark
Yvette Hollingsworth Clark began her career with the Federal Reserve System before transitioning to corporate leadership roles with Citigroup, Barclays, and most recently Wells Fargo, where she held the roles of EVP and regulatory innovation officer as well as a chief compliance officer. While at Wells Fargo, she spearheaded innovations in RegTech and strengthened the compliance function by enhancing data and analysis and evaluating technology solutions to support risk management capabilities.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from SUNY Polytechnic Institute and an MBA with a concentration in finance from Syracuse University and currently resides in the San Francisco Bay Area.
