– UK, London – Digital 9 Infrastructure PLC (LON: DGI9) announced the appointment of Andrew Zychowski to its Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director effective immediately.
Separately, the Company announced that Gailina Liew stepped down as a Non-Executive Director of the Company on 11 June 2024.
About Andrew Zychowski
Andrew Zychowski has over 30 years of investment banking experience, providing corporate finance advisory services to investment company boards. Until June 2019, he was the Head of the Investment Companies corporate department at Canaccord Genuity Limited, and, before this, the Head of the Investment Companies corporate department at Dresdner Kleinwort. He is a qualified accountant and holds a BSc in Physics from Imperial College. Mr Zychowski is currently a Non-Executive Director of Middlefield Canadian Income PCC and a Non-Executive Director of The Ralph Veterinary Referral Centre Plc.
