– USA, TX – Darling Ingredients Inc. (NYSE: DAR) announced the election of Soren Schroder to its board as an independent director, effective immediately.
Soren Schroder will also join the compensation and audit committees.

Soren Schroder served as CEO and board member of Bunge Global SA, a global agribusiness and food company from 2013-2019, after serving in a variety of global agribusiness leadership roles at the company, including CEO of Bunge North America from 2010 to 2013, leading Bunge’s business operations in the United States, Canada and Mexico. Before joining Bunge, Soren Schroder worked for over 15 years at Continental Grain Company and Cargill, Incorporated.
