– UK, Cambridge – CyanConnode (LON: CYAN.L), a world leader in narrowband radio frequency smart mesh networks, today announced the appointment of Björn Lindblom to its Board as a Non-Executive Director with immediate effect.
The Company also announced that Chris Jones will be stepping down from the Board on 31 January 2024.
“Björn has a longstanding and valuable understanding of the Company’s business and growth strategy. We look forward to welcoming him to the board of directors where we will be able to benefit from his experience and insight. I’d also like to thank Chris for his contribution during our recent phase of growth and for helping us get to this pivotal point. Björn Lindblom will also join the Remuneration Committee as Chair and the Audit Committee as a member.

He was previously CEO of Connode AB before its acquisition by Cyan plc in 2016 to form CyanConnode and more recently, until 2021, has provided consultancy services to the Company. He has also served as Chairman and board member in several technology companies, including Allgon AB, listed on NASDAQ First North.
