– UK, London – Currys plc (LON: CURY) today announced the appointment of Adam Walker to its Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director with effect from 8 June 2023.
He will also join the Audit and Remuneration Committees.
About Adam Walker
Adam Walker is an experienced finance executive and non-executive board director. He is currently a non-executive director and the Chair of the Audit Committee of Tritium DCFC Limited (listed on Nasdaq). Prior to that, he was a non-executive director and the Chair of the Audit Committee of Kier Group plc.
His former executive roles include EVP and CFO of IHS Holding Limited, CFO of GKN plc, Group Finance Director at Informa, and Finance Director at National Express Group Plc.
