– UK, Fareham – Croma Security Solutions Group plc (LON: CSSG), the security services provider today announced the appointment of Jo Haigh to its Board of Directors as Non-Executive Chair with immediate effect to succeed Nick Hewson who is stepping down as Chairman but remains on the board as a non-executive director.
Roberto Fiorentino, the CEO, said, “I am delighted to welcome Jo to the Board who I know will bring significant boardroom experience and commercial rigour to our team.
