– UK, London – CQS New City High Yield Fund Limited (LON: NCYF) announced the appointment of Andrew Dann to its Board as a non-executive director with effect from 1 February 2025.
“I am delighted to welcome Mr Dann to the Company’s board. He has been selected from a pool of strong candidates and brings a wide range of expertise, experience and interpersonal skills to the Company.” said Board chair, Caroline Hitch.
Andrew Dann will also join the Audit and Risk Committee, Management Engagement Committee, Nomination Committee, and Remuneration Committee.

Andrew Dann was a previous Chairman and Managing Partner at Ernst & Young Channel Islands and has over thirty years of experience with local and international financial services clients, including regulated funds, fiduciary services businesses, and investment management structures. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales since 1987, a Member of the Institute of Directors, and a Member of the Association of Investment Companies Channel Islands Committee.
