– UK, London – CQS Natural Resources Growth and Income PLC (LON: CYN) announced the appointment of Louise Hall and Seema Paterson to its Board as Independent Non-Executive Directors effective from 1st August 2024.
The Board also announced the retirements of Helen Green and Alun Evans from the Board after the AGM in December 2024. Christopher Casey will succeed Helen Green as Chair of the Board of Directors.

Louise Hall and Seema Paterson will also join the Audit Committee, Management Engagement Committee,e, and Nomination Committee.
About Louise Hall
Louise Hall spent over 30 years as an investment manager at Investec Wealth and Investment, a private client wealth management firm, ultimately sitting as an Executive Director on their board and running their largest office. Since retiring from full-time work, she has sat on the Save the Children Investment Committee and been Chair of Governors at a girls’ school in Dorset. More recently, Louise Hall has become an independent non-executive Director at wealth management firm, JM Finn.
About Seema Paterson
Seema Paterson is a chartered accountant, having qualified in 1999 with Arthur Andersen in London. She has also worked in mergers and acquisitions at Société Générale and in corporate finance at Collins Stewart. She is the CFO and board director of This Works Products Limited, a private equity-owned wellness and beauty brand with operations across the world. Mrs Paterson also serves on the board of Resurgo Trust, a youth employment charity based in London.
