Duncan has been a Non-Executive Director of CPP since January 2011 and is currently Chairman of the Risk and Compliance Committee. He is a qualified accountant with substantial experience and a proven track record of developing and growing businesses, having previously led Morse plc as Chief Executive and being a key architect in the building of Monitise plc, where he remained as Chairman until October 2013. Duncan previously held the role of Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and handed these duties over to Ruth Evans, Non-Executive Director, on 01 January 2014.
