– UK, Coventry – Coventry Building Society (LON: BG64) announced the appointment of Ewa Kerin to its Board as a Non-Executive Director on 1 July 2024.

About Ewa Kerin
Ewa Kerin serves as a member on the board of Daiwa Capital Markets where she is the Senior Independent Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee. She is a qualified accountant and brings a breadth of experience from her 30-year Executive career spent in the Financial Services industry. Her previous roles include Global COO at Credit Suisse, and CFO of the International business at Willis Towers Watson before her last role at HSBC where she was the Global Head of Financial Planning and Analysis.
