– USA, TX – Corebridge Financial, Inc. (NYSE: CRBG) announced the appointments of Keith Gubbay and Colin Parris to its Board of Directors, bringing the Board to 13 members.

About Keith Gubbay
His appointment follows and results from Nippon Life Insurance Company’s acquisition of a 21.6% equity interest in Corebridge Financial. He most recently served as Chairman of Resolution Life Group’s US businesses, a position he held until December 2024. He joined Resolution in 2014 to establish and lead its US business, serving as President, Chief Actuarial Officer, and CEO of Resolution Life, US. Before Resolution, Keith Gubbay held senior roles with Sun Life, ING Americas, and Whitehall Financial Group.
He is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and a member of the American Academy of Actuaries.

Dr. Colin Parris is a former SVP and CTO at GE Digital and a Senior Corporate Officer at GE, serving from May 2020 to April 2024. Before GE, Dr. Colin Parris spent 20 years at IBM in executive roles, including VP of Systems Research at IBM T.J. Watson Research Division and GM of IBM Power Systems Division. He has significant experience in software and digital transformation and is a member of the National Academy of Engineering. Dr. Parris serves on the boards of APTIV and Diebold Nixdorf.
