Cora Gold appoints Edward Bowie as Chairman of the Board of Directors

– BVI, Road Town –  Cora Gold Limited (LON: CORA), the West African focused gold exploration company, today announced that due to personal commitments Geoffrey McNamara has resigned as a non-executive director and chairman of the board of directors with immediate effect.

Edward Bowie has been appointed the chairman of the board with immediate effect. The board of directors intends to undertake a search for an additional non-executive director and will update the market accordingly in due course.

The board of directors would like to record their gratitude and sincere thanks to Mr McNamara for all his hard work over the years and wish him all the best for the future.
