– UK, Hatfield – Computacenter plc (LON: CCC) today announced the appointment of Pauline Campbell to its Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director, effective from 16 August 2021.

Her extensive career in the audit profession, with a broad portfolio of external clients across a range of relevant sectors and geographies, coupled with her comprehensive experience within PricewaterhouseCoopers, leaves her well placed to be an asset to our Board and the Company. Pauline’s recent and relevant financial experience within the audit profession complements the skills and backgrounds of our other Board members and will enable the Board to continue to navigate the strengthening regulatory environment, in which the Company operates, as it continues to grow in complexity.” said Board Chairman, Peter Ryan.
Pauline Campbell will join the Audit Committee as Audit Chair-elect and will also serve as a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committees.
The Company also announced that Minnow Powell will retire from the Board with effect from 30 September 2021. Pauline Campbell will assume the duties of Audit Chair following Minnow’s retirement.

She has worked internationally across a broad range of sectors including IT services and support services amongst many others.
