Fellow Finance nominates Michael Schönach, Karri Haaparinne and Tero Weckroth for election to its Board of Directors

– FINLAND, Helsinki –  Fellow Finance today announced that its Nomination Board proposed the nomination of Michael Schönach, Karri Haaparinne, and Tero Weckroth to be elected as new members of the Board of Directors.

The Nomination Board also proposed that Kai Myllyneva and Harri Tilev, current members of the Board keep both a Board seat, with Kai Myllyneva serving as Chairman of the Board.

All proposed Board members have been assessed to be independent of the company.

Also, all proposed Board members, except for Karri Haaparinne, are estimated to be independent of the company’s significant shareholders. Regarding Karri Haaparinte, it has been estimated that he is dependent on the company’s significant shareholder Taaleri Plc.
