“Alok has a successful track record of over a decade of private equity and venture capital operating and investing experience in the technology space and I’m excited for him to lead the team in our next phase of growth,” said Romir Bosu. “He has significant experience with M&A as well, which is relevant to us as we continue to expand our TAM and grow internationally.”
Bringing in his experience to spearhead the business strategy, Alok will focus on continually developing the venue management products, with a clear vision to scale and expand into new and existing markets around the world.
Alok Pandey joined the board of directors in April.

Alok Pandey is a technology industry veteran, who brings experience from his most recent position as CFO of Twingate, a venture capital-backed network security company based in the San Francisco Bay Area. He has also served in VP roles at Pango, a cybersecurity software company backed by Accel and sold to Aura in 2020, and Vector Capital, a multi-billion dollar technology-focused private equity firm.
