– GUERNSEY, St Peter Port – CIP Merchant Capital Limited (LON: CIP) today announced the appointment of Piero Sansalone to its board of directors as a Non-Executive Director, with immediate effect.
About Piero Sansalone
Mr Sansalone began his career in corporate finance at Deloitte FAS S.p.A prior to joining KPMG Advisory S.p.A. Mr Sansalone has expertise in business analysis and valuation, as well as turnaround, restructuring and merger and acquisitions.
Between 2011 and 2013, Mr Sansalone worked for the same Swiss family office, Leponte SA, as Carlo Sgarbi and Marco Fumagalli, where he was responsible for managing private equity investments. Until 2018, Mr Sansalone was responsible for the Private Equity and Real Estate activities during his role as an investment manager at Continental Investment Partners SA. Mr Sansalone is currently an independent financial adviser and business consultant for SMEs, family offices and Private Equity funds.
Mr Sansalone has an MSc in Administration Corporate Finance and Control and a Ba in Business Administration.
