– USA, WI – Church Mutual Insurance Company, S.I. announced the appointment of Jessica Saperstein to its Board of Directors, to replace Marsha Lindsay who will retire from the Board in May 2024.
About Jessica Saperstein
Jessica Saperstein is the chief customer experience officer at Voya Financial. In her role, Saperstein is responsible for optimizing customer journeys, experiences, insights, and analytics, while infusing the voice of the customer into the company’s strategy and operations.
Throughout her career, Jessica Saperstein has established customer experience and marketing functions at multiple organizations. Before joining Voya, she served as head of marketing and customer experience for Novartis Pharmaceuticals. Previously, she was head of global strategy at Avis Budget Group and also led strategy, business development, and customer experience at ADP. Earlier in her career, she served as a strategy consultant focused on customer-driven growth across industries.
“I am excited to work with Church Mutual as a member of the Board of Directors,” said Jessica Saperstein. “I look forward to using my background in customer experience to help fuel Church Mutual’s growth long into the future.”
Jessica Saperstein graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science degree in economics and a Bachelor of Arts degree in communications. She earned her Master of Business Administration in marketing from Columbia Business School.
