Chesapeake Energy appoints Nick Dell’Osso to its Board of Directors as CEO alongside Mike Wichterich as Executive Chairman

– USA, OK –  Chesapeake Energy Corporation (NASDAQ: CHK) today announced the appointment of Nick Dell’Osso to its Board of Directors as CEO, effective immediately, succeeding Mike Wichterich, who served as Interim CEO and will assume the role of Executive Chairman.
