Ceres Power appoints Prof. Julia King as new Senior Independent Director

– UK, Horsham –  Ceres Power Holdings plc (LON: CWR), a global leader in fuel cell and electrochemical technology, today confirmed the appointment of Professor Dame Julia King as the new Senior Independent Director succeeding Steve Callaghan who stepped down from the Board.

“Julia has been a tremendous addition to the Board, and I look forward to working with her in her role as Senior Independent Director, and in her continuing role as the Chair of the ESG Committee,” said Board chair, Warren Finegold.

Julia has served on the Ceres Board since June 2021. She brings huge experience across industry, academia, and government and a focus on climate change and the low-carbon economy, which has been hugely valuable in the progression of the Company’s sustainability strategy.
