Centene appoints Board member Fred Eppinger as new Chairman of the Board of Directors

– USA, MO –  Centene Corporation (NYSE: CNC) today announced the appointment of Board member Fred Eppinger as Chairman of the Board of Directors, effective as of March 31, 2023, succeeding Jim Dallas who has retired as Chairman of the Board but remains on the Board of Directors

In addition, Orlando Ayala, Richard Gephardt, and William Trubeck will retire from the Board on May 10, 2023.
