– UK, London – Centaur Media Plc (LON: CAU) today announced that on 30 June 2019, Neil Johnson stepped down as chairman of the Company and from the board. He has been succeeded by Colin Jones, who joined Centaur’s board last September after 22 years with Euromoney Institutional Investor plc, where he was finance director.
Neil will become chairman of QinetiQ Group, where he was appointed as a director in April, on 24 July 2019.
