– BELGIUM, Brussels – Cenergy Holdings (EBR: CENER) today announced the co-optation of Margaret Zakos to its Board of Directors and the appointment of Xavier Bedoret as new Chairman of the Board, effective immediately.
This announcement follows the death of Jacques Moulaert.
